1. Don't get all the way naked. Keeping your socks on prevents you from feeling TOO comfortable and then you won't oversleep. 2. Put golf on the television. It is imperative that it be golf. Some say you can put the guy who does the paintings in a half hour on, but I find the way he says "happy little trees" unnerving. 3. Have a plan for the evening already formulated. If you don't have a plan you will be tempted to wake up and change the channel and become slothful. This is just true and you know it. Following these simple tips will lead to a quick and healthful nap. Enjoy! |
