So I only had one photo that I thought turned out O.K. It seems to me everyone has seen so much of Alaska that it hardly seems worthy of posting. It was a long flight for a three day stay but, hey I didn't have to buy the ticket!
The highlight of the trip was seeing a band I've fallen in love with in a renovated airplane hanger in the tiny town of Talkeetna. The band, The wailing Jennies had appeared the weekend prior on The Prarie Home Companion and when I heard their harmonies I was mesmorized. So to find them in the middle of no where was magic!
