Isn't all it's made out to be. I spent the evening with a friend last night who has just finished his divorce. He is succesful, cute, and sings like an angel, but here he is convinced that he ruined his only shot at happiness.

I know what he means. If you give your heart fully and it gets shot up you tend to doubt your decision making abilities.

Until you heterosexuals perfect this marriage stuff...I'm out.

jphiggins	28-Feb-09 20:43:52 Yeah I've always wondered that myself. Why would you want in on it? Especially for lesbians, why would they want in on this patriarchal, anachronistic institution? Same for being in the military. Of course the answer is that everyone should have the right.
