I don't know how much longer I can double up on all my monthly payments. Buying this farm has fulfilled a long held dream but, enough already, somebody has to buy my house!

It really is more a matter of the taxes and utility payments.

Well, another open house this sat. Wish me luck. I lowered the price 5 grand...do you think that will help.
