It's bread, that's what does it. I gave up eating bread a week ago and I've managed to lose 3 kg already!! Woohoo! I only ate brown bread anyway, but even that seemed to pile on the weight. I read somewhere recently that beer makes u fat, so I gave up reading, but giving up bread actually works!! /me floats lightly & delicately out of the room. Hahahahaha |
