Just here to check in quickly Its Saturday people!

Something scary/frustrating as fuck happened last night. I was out after work with a guy I know. I had some running around to do and then we got something to eat and went to the movies. Anyways movie ended at 12 am so we went to jump on the subway/bus to go home - the bastards went on strike. They promised 48 hrs notice and freaking didnt tell anyone. Just shut the subway down. I was way over an hour away from home and had no idea what to do. I dont have many people in Toronto I can call for help and not to mention it was after midnight and not in the best part of town. There were a ton of police officers as people were pretty angry. I wouldn't even want to guess how many people got stranded. I just thanked God that one I wasn't alone and two that I hadn't been downtown drunk and suddenly been left to fend for myself. I can't count the amount of times I have gone out with just the amount of money I want to spend so that I dont lose any/over spend.

All I know is I just lost all respect for that Union and as far as I am concerned I hope they are xxxxxx back to work and lose everything they were fighting for. I don't mind people who fight for what they believe in but at least fight fair and don't screw the innocent parties. Jesus almost all of the people in the Union didn't even know this was going to happen. Sad and pathetic if you ask me
