Was more dehydrated yesterday than I thought. Went for a walk this morning and legs felt like lead. Last time I had heavy legs like that was when I would hit the overtraining point during distance training or getting very dehydrate after a hard race in the summer heat. Think I'll be lazy and chill the rest of the day. |
