It was wonderful. Perfect if I dare say. Go into SF for a job interview taking a change of clothes with. Take the train into The City. Drop the change of clothes off at a friends office on way to interview. After interview use bathroom at friends office to change, leaving suit there to be picked up later. Take friend to lunch (small price to pay). Go to Giants baseball game. After game pick up clothes and head home on train. It was a plan worth of Field General Rommel. What could go wrong. Well a senior center being build 243 feet from the tracks in West Oakland. For some reason it went up in flames last night. Damn you "A" Team. Trains were shut down. Some much for the Transbay Tube. Traffic was backed up over 30 miles to get on the Bay Bridge at one point. So the perfect plan went by the wayside. I spent the day perving and deadheading roses. And so it goes.............. |
