so I have been in training at a new job all week and at the start of the week they upgraded there computer system and later that day learned that the upgrade was faulty and so it locked out about half the new users there were a series of memos sent and all that jazz. and when it cam down to it the problem was a simple fix except that the only center people were had the authorization to give out the code needed to fix the problem 50 to be exact and so now every new user has to call the help center go through a bunch of steps that should fix the problem but don't so that they can get a case number and have an email sent to the person in there area that can do the fix however we are not allowed to contact them and they are not allowed to give out the information to large training groups or any group of people so well over two thousand people in my area alone have the same problem and only one person can fix it that should only take like a few weeks to get every thing up and running oh wait I need this program working by the end of the week as does the rest of the two thousand people god I love run around bullshit
