Well I've had a great day, had to wank yesterday though it was getting stupid. I think it's the japanese monks that believe loss of sperm is loss of lifeblood or something. But I'm back on the wagon again I'm getting a perverse pleasure out of abstaining.
As I said great day, well a good day, nice work out at the gym I think I have this fitness thing licked now. Everyone seem to have a ready smile too, funny how that happens somedays.
Been listening to some wicked tunes today, can I recommend Dreadzone-second Light the track 'A canterbury Tale' always brings a tear to my eye and anything you can get hold off by Goal Machine, it's fuck up and difficult to get hold of I'd try a freedownload on download.com
Had a few old friends email me today too, you can tell it's spring everyone suddenly crawls out of their holes.
