happened last night. Sadly it wasn't the best of news. While walking down the sidewalk about to enter one of our favorite bars to meet some friends I stepped on a groove in the cement with my wedge heels and my ankle rolled...breaking it in a couple of places. I'm currently at home in a splint and have an appointment with a surgeon tomorrow to get scheduled for surgery to pin it back together. Talk about a "turn" of events....this will cramp my style for a while. More news when I have it. Sure hurts..... Lucy |
