I really hurt myself yesterday when I fell over round a friends house - I fell down in her back yard and fell on some rocks and broke her flower pot ( It was a plastic one, which I will replace)  . I scraped both of my knees and I have really hurt my right foot - it hurts a lot I have it elevated atm but hurts like mary hell ...... I hope I have just sprained it and not broken a bone underneath. I cant stand on it so I am glad I have a cane to help me - but I dunno how much longer I can hold myself up as me leg muscles are weak as it is. One of the reasons how I fell in the first place, Luckily enough also I have an indoor walker which is helping me to move around the house. This morning I am using the walker more and not the cane as it does not help me really with my balancing etc. My foot has not swollen and does not look any different to the other foot, just hurts. I do not want to fall over without Rocky being here or fall on the cat  I had a good nights sleep - I took 2 arthritis pain killers and had my injured foot on a pillow all night so it was elevated. Today I am not going out of the house as I know I cannot manage the steps as my foot hurts if I try to bend it. Tomorrows visit to the food bank is not gonna happen as I will be resting up for a while - will see what happens next week. Elle x | ||||||
