Chesty McBoob's blog post - Time

It's been a while lol. I will probably never get to full time daily blogging as was rubbish at keeping a diary as a child! I am however trying to be here more often! I have more pics to post too so must try to do that this weekend.

I used to come here just for the pics, then also for the forum but I must admit now I really enjoy the land of Blog. The blogs are so varied and interesting (as are the peeps who write them of course). There also seems to be less tension here.

Anyway what's happened since my last entry.... well the main thing is that I am now another year older! I seem to be creeping faster and faster towards the big 40 lol. It's always a shock that I am in fact approaching 40 when I still feel about 18!

I am not worried about it at all. Fuck it, there is nothing you can do so why not enjoy the ride! It does however seem weird to be there when a couple of years ago I am sure I was about 12 lol. Where does the time go?!

Given the choice, I would never ever want to be 18 again and have all the angst and worries that go with it. I do quite like being older now and I feel far more chilled about me and about the world in general. I don't care what people think about me (apart from those who I care about) and am not afraid to say "NO!".

My cheesy lesson of the day is - make the most of your time, it really is the most precious thing we have. Do what you gotta do on your life journey but don't forget to stop every now and then and enjoy the scenery! That is what I think has helped me stay young inside. Oil of Olay has helped me cope with the outer ageing!
