Fuggghhhhhhhck! My legs are a little sore from yesterday. By which I mean stairs make me feel like my quads and gastrocnemius muscles are going to fall out... Did the shoulder/arm and ab workout today. Can't do about half of the ab exercises yet, but I will get there. Just modified what they were doing on the dvd, so I wasn't slacking completely. First time out on the Shoulder/Arm workout had to play around with the weights. Too much, too little. Maybe this... Closer... Next exercise. Too much, too... well you get the idea. |
