I hope everyone's weekend is going well...And thank you for all the wishes for the band yesterday!!! All of good they did too!!!!!!!!! The parade was just awesome!!! It was also a competition for them too. THEY TOOK ALL THREE TROPHIES!!! The Battle of the Bands, The best float,(even though they didn't have a float!!) and there was another but don't know what it was for... The school looked so good at the parade. They did school's out for the summer and oh I am just so proud of them all...The color guard did an awesome job too...They were all so hot in their uniforms....The walked a mile in the parade...After the parade we headed to the State Fair. They only did about a 20 min performance but they were awesome. They got invited back every year for a performance...That is where it got announced about the trophies they had won..After all the equipment was put away the kids got to spend the day at the fair...Boy was I happy when 9pm finally came around...I was ready to go...I had let my son go off on his own with 3 of his friends....
