Traveling Through Central Asia

We are traveling through Central Asia right now and will be for the next few months. Besides Tinder, does anyone know of any good apps or sites that would help us connect to other swingers in our travels? We prefer to be with other couples, but single females are great and we also enjoy single males from time-to-time.

Any ideas that don't cost a fortune? Or, anyone in this area that would be interested?
