Fake Pic Comp run by a guy with 2 accounts

The last pic comp was hosted by Thatdude772024 who is also the guy behind this account MarriedBiCock9. He entered his own comp then voted himself the winner. He's posting himself and the same girl on both accounts. What can be done. I've posted publicly about this and so far he's still permitted to post new pics and keep deceiving everyone on this site.
