My answer to my own question is that women look for men who are tall, rich, and handsome. If they find one, they want him to be a good man. The problem is that men like that have learned that they can mistreat women and get away with it. 2c

I should have qualified my statement. I think what I posted is true for most women.

What do you prefer in a man? Have you ever dated a man in a low pay, low prestige job who was a decent human being?

Im not american, i NEVER dated a rich man, nor have i any desire to just for him being rich
i always been very capable to pay my own way, not dependent on a man
im an asst nurse, so low pay and certainly deamed low prestige job
if a man isnt a good man i have no desire to date him
i never dated a man due to hight either (or job for that matter)
living in a 50 000 inhabitant town
my friends live pretty much the same way
as women i know around the world
I have though stayed a bit longer with a guy than i should,
because he was awesome in bed, ill admit to that
