I would, but I don't use recipes! I just make the sauce, and bread and fry the zucchini (do flour, egg, then bread crumbs with salt, pepper, and garlic powder) and then bake it with a slice of provolone or mozzarella. IZ GOOOOOD.

Well I AM Italian and I'm trying to be a decent cook, so feel free to ask! By the way, my favourite dishes are, of course, pizza (REAL pizza!), risotto & Milanese cutlet.
Canelloni, worked in several Italian restaurants in my younger days, and was very good at making it. Got several extremely good compliments from a hen party one night!
