I used a Bluetooth dongle and an app on my phone to take pics remotely. It doesn’t work now but there’s lots of options like that, although a long lens like that is definitely not ideal for selfies.

I have the Nikon app on my phone, and the remote is in that app. It actually works through Wifi though, not bluetooth...I was incorrect.
