Well I need cardio with lifting and can't... yes can't...be in gym 2 hours. I think it'd lead to quicker results. And I would think background of weight lifting would be a benefit bosox

Started 7 months ago. Great for weights and Cardio in only an 45 to 1 1/2 hour WO max normaly. Good luck!
