Everything that I have heard and read says that as long as YOU do not have some sort of disease and she does not have some sort of disease, you are OK. Apparently you should be very careful about using lots of lubrication and be careful about not tearing tissue and not causing pain, but other than that, you should be OK. I would recommend drinking some cranberry juice before hand, for a couple of days, and drinking it for a couple of days afterwards because it helps cut the risk of urinary infection (from bacteria in her butt) and you should try to pee immediately afterwards, as well as get cleaned up immediately afterwards - the urine will help wash out any bacteria and washing up immediately will help kill any bacteria.
