Flashing, forgetful or not Fussed?

The other day I was talking to a lady. While talking she bent over and put some clothing into a basket. Her loose t-shirt was gaping and I had a lovely view of her tits. Her bra seemed very loose and in the gap between bra and tits I could get a glimpse of nipple. So, what I want to know from the ladies is;
1. Was she flashing me and/or do ladies use this method as a subtle way to flash their tits? Or
2.Did she simply not realise or forget she was exposing her tits? Or
3. Was she aware she was flashing and just did not care?
I do note that I regularly see tits flashed at the supermarket when women are unloading shopping trolleys at the supermarket. Final query,

In my opinion......I think women are totally aware of what they are wearing and the fact that people can see down their blouse or not. Accidental flashes are a rare unless a women is horse playing in a swimming pool in a bikini. I suspect you may be correct as I do note that many women at the supermarket make an effort to hold their tops closed so as to avoid flashing and it is rare that a woman flashes her knickers, so selfish. But I was hoping that the ladies could confirm or reject our suspicions.

So what I am hearing is that women love to flash and everybody's happy about it.

I fear your assessment is wrong, my instinct would be that she had no idea that she was revealing anything. Occasionally women do have genuine accidents. We were on our way to a nudist beach and needed a bus that went near it. Vicky was wearing a short skirt and a one strap top, knickers and no bra. That's a fair point sophia519. It smacks of double standards on both sides. Why can't society accept that the majority of people enjoy sex.
