I'm 52 (the husband of our profile) and my wife and I have a great sex life which includes group sex. Due to an illness I have to take viagra or cialis to help with erections. I wrote a whole heap out but couldn't answer your question. The only experience I've had was just a trial and error. I can only vouch and talk about me as Cialis might have a different affect on differnt men. But, yes you have to take it an hour before sex, so it kind of rules out that spontaneous quick fuck you might get frommeeting a chick in the pub or whatever..... But for me, its amazing. Keeps my cock hard even when we're half way through a sex session and having a break for a beer. The only side affect is that is causes me to have a dry mouth but I can handle that. Viagra gives me awful headaches, Cialis doesn't. I'm not embarressed or ashamed to tell people I use medication for my sex life, not one bit. I copied this below from another post I replied to last week.

As for "how to" we just put it on after getting hard.
Seemed to work for us, just around the base of my dick, I don't think the one we had would have stretched around ball too, most probably would have been broken right there....

I have many. They come in lots of different materials, from leather to silicone to steel. I even have some made from Titanium and Aluminum.

To answer your question, yes they work. They will make your cock stay hard longer, depending on fit. The tighter the fit the longer you’ll stay hard.

How to put one on? Well, you do it when you are soft. You drop one ball through, then the other, then pull your flaccid cock through so that the ring is snug around the base of your cock and balls. You can wear a cock ring for extended periods, depending on fit. The tighter the fit the shorter you’ll want to wear it. I’ve worn my Titanium ring for 24 hours before.

To remove, you wait until you’re not hard anymore, then just do the process in reverse. Cock out first, then one ball then the other. Easypeasy.

If you are new to cock rings, I suggest a leather speed strap. It’s a leather strap with 5 snaps on it. You can put it around the base of your cock and balls and snap it to the right size. I have used three different types Steel rubber and one that is like a string with a button that you can pull the string tight the steel one you have to be very soft to be able to put it on but I find that I can only take it off once I have come so I try to wear it for a long as I can before I cum, the latex ones rubber is better if you need to take them off quickly and the third one the string pulled one must remember to release otherwise your balls we'll go blue and may drop off but all equally fun to use
