Loading problems

Is anyone else having problems with photos not loading and pages taking forever to up date?
This is happening on 3 different computers and 2 phones and has been going on for a few days.

So here we go again. Havent been able to get a picture or video to load an thats on phone and computer for about 5hrs now.
