How do the guys and gals get there rectum so deeply empty and clean. I enjoy enema but they don't do the job allowing the deep and hard penetration I see here and elsewhere.

Enemas have always worked for me.

However, a little squeeze bulb is not going to do the trick.

I use an enema bag that holds about 2 quarts – OR, an enema nozzle attached to the shower head.

Enough fluid must be injected to flush the colon.

Fill the RECTUM / COLON with fluid and expel it – repeat until the expelled fluid is clear.

I'm obsessed with anal and I'm a total bottom with guys so unfortunately this is a necessary evil. I love being fucked in the ass but I'm ultra-paranoid about it being clean. In reality if you're a dedicated bottom you need to eat a healthy diet. Eat properly and you will need very little clean out. Porn stars clean out and then fast a day or so before the shoot. Seriously! When I know I'm going to get some I plan ahead. Spontaneous anal risks potential mess. Disgusting. I do the enema thing then put a dildo up there, pull it out, and repeat until it's clean. Gross but effective. Then I know even if I get gaped it will be clean.
