Cafetiere for me, I like my coffee chewy

I buy a French blend from a small, local place, it's smooth and strong. I make it really strong then add it to a lot of full fat warm (not hot) milk.

When I'm out and about, I go for a flat white.

Adding anything else to coffee is a sin, no sugar, no sweetener, no flavours, no nothing.

I'm an addict, I've had the headaches to prove it.

Whoops, forgot some stuff.

Coffee with cream is gross.

Coffee with powdered/fake milk/cream is gross.

I love coffee but I'm really, really picky about it.

There seems to be so many versions of coffee now and it's so expensive, if I walked into a coffee place,I would not have a clue as to which type I should choose.

When we drink coffee, we use a coffee maker. We both drink our coffee black. No cream or sugar. We drink flavored coffee mostly. French Vanilla, Hazelnut, Cinnamon and Coconut are our preferred flavors. When we go out for coffee, we like white mocha lattes from Starbucks.

Tap water varies from place to place and it seems that the likes of Starbucks use it in coffee completely.
I think this is a very big factor.

We like Starbucks, but we also go to other coffee places as well. When we travel, we will go to coffee shops that aren't in our area and a lot of them are pretty good. But most of the time, Starbucks is just more convenient given our location at that particular time we are out and in the mood for getting a coffee.

in sweden while shopping almost every supermarket has a tiny cafeteria with coffee to go,
a danish/cinnamon bun, and the classic cheap hot dog, we are after all the "fika" people
LOL

French press. It's convenient, and the taste of the coffee comes out nice and bold.
