i've noticed that some fetishes seem only to had by one gender and not the other.

Fetishes seem to be mostly a male thing. On the other hand, my wife can wear my clothes without anyone raising an eyebrow (and does). I wear a bra to work one day and all hell breaks lose.

I would say exhibitionism is mainly a womans thing, while voyeurism is mainly a male thing.
Of course there are lots of men in here who want to show off their knob, but in general, when it comes to showing off and flashing in the real world, it is usually the woman who do the most showing off.
