We are going to be visiting Australia in October.
We will be in Sydney for 3 days till we leave for Golden Beach, QLD. We would like to visit the Great Barrier Reef, do you know if we could visit the reef from Golden Beach, QLD or will we have to go North more? We have 2 open days till we have a resort booked north of Melbourne.
What would you recommend for reasonable airlines and car rentals? We are not sure where in Sydney we are staying yet, but is it easy to get around by bus or other transportation or would we need to rent a car?
