Back in the early 90's there was a certain messenger service which shall remain nameless. It allowed users to create chat rooms based on their interests,one of which was Adult truth or Dare.Actually at 1 time there were 3 rooms each with a limit of I believe 100 people,and very often all 3 would be filled.

The game was played by 1st randomly chooseing someone to be the 1st to pick someone to ask truth or dare. So they would know who was playing and if they were a male,female or couple and if they had a web cam or not they would ask for #'s 1 is female no cam 11 female with cam 2 man no cam 22 with,3 couple no cam,33 with cam. When picked a player would be asked Truth or Dare,they would then decide wheather they want a truth or dare the pesron picked may say dare, or dare with limmits which they would then explain such as, no anal or not below the waist etc. after completeing their task or answering their truth question it would be their turn to chose whot to ask t or d to next.

Some people may be a bit uneasy about doing a dare but they allways had the option to pass and someone else would be picked.

Keep in mind if u r doing the dareing it may be ur turn soon so don't get too crazy asking for something that you yourself might not do.

More details later or u can ask me more about it in the rooms. We used to have a lot of fun playing, you may not believe some of the crazy stuff people think of. `
