Tired. Sore. Exhausted. Body is aching. I need a bubble bath. Ha that's on hold. Only took a break to pick not so little man up from karate. Then back to "work". Need to install the new baseboards tonight in the two rooms that are done being painted. Lowes cut them all free of charge!!
Not sure if I have it in me to do anymore tonight. Feels good jut sitting still in the car lol

Scrubbing, cleaning & patching holes, up til 2 each night since the moved out.
Started painting the ceilings last night. Progress is being made. Heading out today for new appliances. They purposely damaged the refrigerator, needs to be replaced, broke the tub faucet, they cut electrical wires ,cable wires phone wires. It's pretty terrible all the damages they did just to be mean. Yes we will sue for damages but honestly,if they didn't pay rent for months they don't care about being used for either. They keep driving by too being nosy. We have multiple techs and a contractor coming this week. Wood floors will be redone after as well as a new kitchen floor. $$$$$$ it's ridiculous the total estimate for the apartment to be able to be rented. We are doing the most we can ourselves so that is a big help but still.....

After months of no rent and turning into assholes,my squatter tenants are moving out. Bums. They were very nice for 6 years, tenants at will, until we asked them to move for family. Instant assholes over night. Hiding from us, not answering the door. Not throwing their trash out. Its been a rough 4.5 months since. Had to retain an attorney and it's finally getting them out.
I felt bad for awhile, but now fuck them. They changed the locks on us so we couldn't do a walk thru, then had the audacity to try to file a restraining order against us saying we locked them out. What? How our keys don't work but yet u get in the apt every day. How?! Fuckers. They decided an hour before court to drop the restraining order. Well uh your ass whooping is on hold for a few but don't worry it's still coming. I could go on and on with their antics but I've bored you enough already. It's almost noon time, I deserve a drink.
I am sitting on the back deck, drink in hand,watching the hilarious moving job of dumb & dumber.

Martial arts tournament today! This one is bigger than the last one. First event starts at 9. It's exciting watching but also makes me cringe during the point sparring. Lol
