Things have been going pretty...wild recently. Not too much has changed, but enough that things just feel different. Perhaps it has to do with the changing weather.

I'm no longer the worst seller at Best Buy. Which is awesome. The last month I was actually the top seller. Very cool. Don't know how this month is but, eh, we'll see. They did mention we might be going to the sales floor on the 14th (muh birthday :3) I actually got to shadow in the computers section the past work day. I really want to go there, but there's two girls that are saying they don't want me too. One already works there and she's the only girl amidst a bunch of guys, and she doesn't want to lose that (meh, whatever), and the other is worried they already have too many people, so if I go then she wont be able to go. Understandable, but still...

My computer got a virus and then the system just crashed, not JUST the system but the computer itself. It wouldn't stay on at all, so if I was to send it off to get fixed it was going to take anywhere from 15-30 days, which is much longer than I want to be without a laptop. So I got a new one, very nice, in fact just plain better. I love this laptop :3 it's fantastic.

As for next week, my birthday. Very excited. Disney World. ^^

Well, it started off very well. We got a cookie cake and have eaten most of it by now. We started off with Saw and the weather was perfect, nice and overcast, it was dark in the house, and we thoroughly enjoyed the movie. We watched to the second one. Just as fantastic. Then the third. A little less...amazing. In fact, the movie just started getting a kinda different feel. We started watching the 4th one, but the autopsy scene already turned me off, so I went and started working on re-dying my hair, stopping in now and then to watch, but it was just gorier. And outright the movie had and even *more* different feel we just weren't digging.

So we hit the point where we admitted that the series prolly should've stopped at one or two. We watched The Haunted World of El Super Beasto instead, and right now we're just chilling out. It's been a good day either way, though after watching horror movies all day I am admittedly jumpier xD We went outside to go grab something and it's all dark out and the dog next door suddenly starts barking, and I jump about a foot high. Mahvelous

Ash stayed over last night, and today we plan to watch the entire Saw series from beginning to end. We also ordered in a last minute cookie cake from my store last night and asked for it lightly baked. I had Ash call them up since I didn't want them realizing it was me and then being all 'aren't you supposed to be working tomorrow?' which I told them I would be. So I listened in on the call and was laughing my ass off, because my manager was all 'we really prefer 24 hour notice' and it's only 5 o'clock when we called last night and we're calling it in for like 11 am today. Whatever. And I'm telling Ash how literally all we gotta do is put some cookies on a tray and bake em together. Ffs. Not rocket science, nor does it take a long time. And it's a monday, I'm sure it can't possibly be THAT busy.

Also, the decorations were ridiculously easy. We wanted Saw-palooza written on the cake in red. Not that hard at all, I swear.

I'm goanna in with her and get it, because I'm "scheduled to work" at 12, so stopping in at or a little before 11 shouldn't be too big of a deal.

Now, I gotta go get Ash's ass out of bed. I asked her at 8 if she wanted to go get breakfast and she nodded her head. 20 minutes later she's still asleep.

About Rumble. I came home from closing the store tonight. Mom and dad usually put him in his crate (I got him a new HUGE one that he has plenty of space and a comfy ass pillow in) and I let him out, let him out to pee, an we chill until about midnight before we go to bed. Well, usually when I open up the crate he bolts out and his entire ass is just wagging and his little nub of a tail going to town and he's punching me and just fucking HAPPY as all hell to see mommy and be out and to be able to play for a bit.

Well today I got home and opened up the crate and he just walks out, sits down, lets me pet him. I try and get him cheerful and excited, and he wags his tail, but he just kinda strolls everywhere, seems...down. He's sleeping beside me on the couch right now. He'd been in my lap at one point and my legs were falling asleep, so I moved him, and he started whimpering. =/ I'm concerned. I think if this continues into tomorrow I'm calling into work and taking him to the vet. I've worked enough days straight without a day off, they'll live if I miss one.

I just hope I'm worrying about nothing.

It got intense. Now it's settled. And I want to move on.

Rumble graduated from puppy kindergarten. Work at Best Buy is going well. Publix is still trying to be accommodating, which is nice. I've been worried, but with my asst. manager doing the schedule, she's not trying to fuck me over. Thank god for her.

I'm sleepy now.

And thank you Sandman for the nudles. It never clicked with me I had them until sissy pointed them out and what I can do with them. You're a sweetheart

I got a letter from that former teacher of mine today. It explained that he wasn't sure why I was so offended after our last conversation, but he'd hate to lose our friendship over something like that. He said he was sorry that he'd made things awkward, but I couldn't blame a guy for making a pass at a girl like me. But if I sincerely felt that him trying to make me feel good is a death sentence, then he's going to miss me very much.

Mhm.

I think I would've been more understanding if it was just an apology, but it wouldn't have really made me want to be friends again. Just acquaintances. He could continue to send me his writing and I would check it out and help him when he needed it. We could have passing 'hi, how are yous?' Etc. But nothing more, not really.

But the fact instead of saying he was sorry for being a douche, that he's attracted to me but handled the situation poorly, he had to say 'der, i don't get why you're mad, it wasn't that big of a deal.'

Sooooo. Nope =) Not puttin up with it no more. I sent him a response email explaining what I expected from my first time, how he clearly has no respect for my values or morals, how this has been going on for a while now, how poorly he handled the situation that night and how he SHOULD'VE handled it. How he's just as bad as my first boyfriend was. Long, frustrated, angry email.

I'm expecting a response of: I didn't want to have sex. I just wanted to make you feel good.

It's mostly the same to me. I've been sexually active twice. My first boyfriend ate me out, and it wasn't that great, because I didn't really want it. Second time a friend of mine tried fingering me. Not really that great. And I don't really want to do anything else until I'm about to get married, because both times the guys have been fucking pushy and it resulted in an awkward experience I didn't really want. So when one day I find a guy that's not so much of an ass that he can't WAIT, then we'll see what happens.

In the mean time. Got Rumble a new crate. Large cage. And I've been treating him allll the time he's in it or near it. I also got him a backpack to wear for when we go out. Hopefully he'll get the hang of it, and not mouth it so much. :3

I'm very tired u.u I was supposed to call in to work, offer up my services this past week. I chose not to. And I'm glad I did. I needed the break. I also got called by Best Buy today. Training starts Saturday. I'm looking forward to it. The store hours are mostly 11-10 or so, but so far I'm schedule morning to afternoon stuff, which I can live with. It wasn't stay that way I'm sure, but I would love to emphasize to them my passion for early morning shifts :3 The first chick I interviewed with I made it clear I was a morning person.

All in all, oi. Just ready for bed.

Just a simple update. I haven't blogged for a few days.

Started playing tennis with Ash. We're both hoping to lose weight and tone up. But you know you have a really good friend when you can sit down after an hour and a half of straight play and chasing balls you've hit way too hard (considering we're like, lvl 0 tennis players) and you're both sweaty and you're just sitting there pointing out your fatty spots and how they jiggle. But its a fun game and we enjoy it.

I'm going to start training for Best Buy next week I think. I think if nothing else a new environment might be nice. I still plan on quitting Publix. I just...can't stand it anymore. Things were going SO good, I was really enjoying work. But after my boss's temper tantrum, I just don't want to be there anymore. I literally get no pleasure from it, and it makes me feel a little bad. I tried to feel good again, tried smiling and joking, but... it's just not what it was. And its awful, because I know my asst. manager is TRYING to perk me up. She's an okay lady, I think we'd be great friends out of the work place, but... =/

Dad and I both agreed I won't quit until we see how Best Buy is. No point in quitting only to discover this new job is worse than the original.

Outside all that, very little is new.

Rumble's doing great. He's put on so much weight and he's getting so very tall, and he's become exceptionally snuggly, compared to how he was a few weeks ago. I think he's starting to see me as mommy. There was one day he crawled onto the couch (it's so cute, because he's still awkward with his legs, so he'll put his entirely upper torso on the couch and then struggle to hook one of his back legs over as well and then literally STRAIN to drag himself up, SO cute~) and instead of just laying at the end as Filo will, he snuggle up so he was on my leg closest to the back of the couch. Then he kind of flailed around and I'm on my computer just surfing, and he fwaps my computer and peeks up at my innocently. So I go back to surfing and he flails around more, slowly but surely scooting himself up, and by the end of it, my laptops been pushed onto my shins and he's in the center of my lap.

Okay, I'm feeling better now. Last night was still a bitch, but I really don't want to focus on the bad, because admitted the day itself was good. Two of the people that cause the MOST trouble at work weren't even there, the one guy that always complains and the constantly-yelling-decorator. So I actually got to decorate yesterday, and because the constantly-yelling-decorator wasn't there, it wasn't just backup. It was cakes. I did up about 7 cases of key lime pies (easy) and then the other two decorators recognize the fact that I try to do good work on cakes, even if I am still a little slow, so they let me help with orders. Some of them were simple things, flowers, balloons, that kind of jazz. But I had two that were so much fun :3

The first was a 3d one, which I'd never tried doing before, but I think it came out pretty good, and the dad that came in to get it was excited.

The other was my absolute favorite and I actually had to take out a few minutes to practice. The order form asked for a t-shirt with a pregnant belly that said 'happy labor day!' (a joke I didn't get until I was actually writing it on the cake xD) Anywho, I wasn't sure entirely about the pregnant belly, until one of the decorators suggested adding a mound of buttercream for it too. Anywho, it came out better than I planned :3

Figures. As if his roundworms weren't enough, Rumble has tapeworm too. On the positive side, he only has to take a pill and hopefully it'll take care of the problem. And he has two more treatments of the roundworm medication, which I think is doing good because he's really been putting on weight.
