Well today I jumped back on the entrepreneur wagon and opened my new business. No worries, not going to attach any links lol. Suffice it to say it is a dispatch service for owner operator truck drivers. I was so excited today and for the most part have had great feedback from friends who have visited my website as well as the company's webpage. I say for the most part because there are just some people who you think are friends that want to rain on your parade. Just had that phone call *sigh* But, for as much as this person pissed in my picnic basket as Granny used to say, nothing is getting in my way today.
I knew nothing about setting up or designing a webby, but fark all I did it. Proud of myself is an understatement. Will it be a viable business? Don't know, only time will tell. But I do know I'd rather end my time here on Earth with a bunch of I don't knows than what ifs or if I'd onlys.
So I guess the moral of today's it ain't that difficult is you can always start over, you're never too old to start again and if someone wants to piss in your picnic basket, or rain on your parade- fuck 'em. Grab an umbrella and order in.
