Today is, world mental health day, please be aware that mental health is as important as physical health. 
I've noticed as I've been working really hard these past couple years to get mentally healthy, my physical health has also improved

I agree with molly and NN!! All fuckery aside in these comments, mental health is serious and definitely as important as physical health!! I deal with this issue with family every day!
