I'm good. Dad just went in for a heart cath so we're waiting on that. He's doing pretty well all things considered. Hopefully they won't find much damage and no blockages.
Thanks Adam. Once they got the fluid off his lungs Sunday night he improved drastically. He was ready to go home in just a few hours. Stubborn old man. LOL Of course they wouldn't let him.
Thanks Roxy. Yes it is. He got really lucky. He had a heart attack Thursday while home alone and didn't tell anyone, not even Mom. it caused his kidneys to shut down so he filled up with fluids
which sent him into congestive heart failure on Sunday, triggering a second heart attack. they gave him lasiks to get the fluid off and they worked great, so he's doing lots better.
may have to be on lasiks now, to keep his kidneys functioning properly, but overall he got really lucky. He's stubborn though, wants to go home now etc. LOL
Dad's out of surgery. They said the damage to his heart was severe but over all he was lucky. He had blockage and they put a stint in. Hopefully he'll be able to come home in a few days.
