Kale can be very good but only if you pick it when it is young and soft wait to long and it becomes bitter and amore like eating a piece of turf grass lol

pretty much tnt ummm add some miricle grow plant food once in awhile when watering they love that and crushed egg shells also for calcium when it comes to maters

I steam rainbow chard stem and leaf all together just snip off the ends a bit and in the steamer for 10-12 mins and yummy as for kale get the baby leaf kale it has a soft smooth leaf thats it
