If I was US President...
I would bring our troops home. I would lift all tax incentives to companies who send their jobs to foreign countries. I would lower taxes on the poor and middle class and hit the rich. They are rich for goodness sake??? I prioritize tax spending and institute a two fold health network. A nominal free to all one and one for those who can afford health care. I would tax the vice trade more to pay for this. If you do things that hurt yourself and others...you have to pay for it. Might curb drunk driving. I would spend more time helping the United States rather than play savior/bully/meddler in all the other countries who hate us but take our hand outs...
