Hey there. More people than you think have probably felt this way too Kid and although it is hard, sometimes you have to try really hard to turn a negative into a positive. Just one positive thought a day...then two a day... Easy to say but much harder to do I know, but one step at a time, one day at a time..all you can do. x

Oh I should also add that I don't have a problem with them because of it, I actually thank them for it because it made me just get on with it in those days that you mentioned (yes I have them sometimes) and once you do that you feel a lot better

Depression can be bad,sometimes a person can be just slightly in a rut but sometimes it's more than that. I know that being single most likely makes it feel worse,if you ever feel like talking I have a great ear,you can PM me anytime. Take care of yourself kid. Depression isn't a weakness Kid. I have had for a long time now and am going through a pretty chronic path. I best tool/weapon I have found that keeps me alive is a sense of humour.

Depression can't beat you if you are laughing at it. All the best mate.
