what does the freedom of speech really mean? well it depends. depends on what? where you live, in the USA it is different than it is in the UK or Canada or Australia.
The Freedom of Speech in the USA is a core tenant of the founding of the country. An inalienable right that all men {I will take a moment to point out in this context men, means mankind} are born with. So inalienable that it is the first amendment of our bill of rights. This is something that many people even in the US do not fully understand. Yes it does mean that people can say mean, hurtful, and racist things. This also means that organizations in the US racist and stupid ones along with religious and ideological ones get to speak no matter if others disagree.
Now in other countries they may have similar laws or rights, but similar does not mean the same. Canada for example allows for the government to pass laws limiting free expression. There are even those who would say that Canada censors its media as well. There are several articles around the internet that discuss the differences specifically between the Canadian and and American Freedom of Speech. Now we have the UK and where the Freedom of Speech is a Fundamental Right [http://www.civilrightsmovement.co.uk/right-freedom-speech.html] however Freedom of speech and expression are not absolute rights; this means that there are exceptions to these fundamental rights. This also means making comments that others feel are specifically designed to incite racial hatred can be deemed to be a hate crime. Anyone who is found committing this offence can be charged in a criminal court. So while they are Fundamental rights they are not actually guarantied rights.
Now The Australian Constitution does not expressly protect freedom of speech or expression either. In 1992, however, the High Court of Australia held that a right to freedom of expression, in so far as public and political discussion were concerned, was implied in the Constitution.
BUT
The it does not extend more generally to a right to freedom of expression where political issues are not involved.

This is where the US differs from The UK, Canada, and Australia in the idea of a Fundamental right such as Freedom of Speech, the US Supreme Court has ruled that Hate Speech is protected by the First Amendment which guaranties the Freedom of Speech. Now before you get all upset or defensive and start saying hate is hate, how can a country claim to give an inalienable or fundamental right like Freedom of Speech and then limit what you can say?

OKay, so :::::TRIGGER WARNING, I am not in any way agreeing that you have the right to or should have the right to say what you want on NewbieNudes. And if this offends you then please contact NN himself.:::::

NewbieNudes is a website, a website that requires you to become a member to use. This means you technically need to check your rights to freedom of speech at the door. Why? some of you may ask. Well as a privately owned business the owners have a right to make rules that you as a member must follow if you wish to be a member. I mean after all you asked to be here, so when you make a status that gets deleted it is not a violation of your freedoms. Mods are not doing it because of "butthurt" or because they dislike you, we are doing it because NewbieNudes has a set of rules and we are tasked with enforcing them. When a mod removes a forum post it is again because that is when we are tasked to do, same with pictures they are not removed because of jealousy or dislike for someone. Again this is a privately owned and operated website with rules that are available for review by anyone, so yes you have to obey the rules...

With that said I for one and truth is I would like to think most other mods, even those out side the US would gladly stand up for your right to be an asshole, to call people names, and to generally say what you want if we saw you on the street and you were not screaming for the death of others. But this is not Anytown USA, this is Newbienudes so please keep your status updates, forum post, picture post and general behavior while you are here with in the confines of the rules and mods wont have to even interact with you in our capacity as a mod...

the opening of the trailer is a glimmer of hope and made most hardcore fans of the ghostbusters move to the edge of their seats, the rest was a big FUCK YOU style rickroll that has caused most people who viewed the trailer to dislike it. I am a female, I am a fan of the first two movies who was expecting another sequel and I am a nerd, with that said I for one will not be seeing this movie...

and neither will the Stay Puff Marshmallow Man...

We bought a whole brisket but only smoked the flat cut side, put on a dry rub and smoked it on a gas grill with a smoker box over one burner using pecan chips...

gonna use the point cut for a pastrami in a week or two...
