| Tuesday, November 17, 2009, 10:12:27 PM- Calling all Southern U.S. NNers | Right, i blame KillerG for this, but i'm now craving hot boiled peanuts. Dum makes the best...spicy hot, mushy goodness.
only ONE problem. It's impossible to find green peanuts up here. why? cuz these yankees have no taste. i digress...
if any of ya'll...in the south, would/could find it in your hearts, i'll gladly send ya a paypal or money order or whatever for you to ship us up a couple of pounds.
i know, i know, i could just get em on line. but i've only found one place that'll ship em, and it's 24.99 for 8 pounds!! PLUS $12.50 shipping! craziness...
anyway, lemmie know, my southern brothers n sisters.

| Friday, November 13, 2009, 3:40:15 PM- fall | so, yea. there's really not too much fall in florida. and tho i've lived in several places that DOES have a fall season, i've always lived too much in the city (detroit, england, germany) to actually have the age old fun of raking leaves. so day before yesterday, dummy was workin in the garage, i was drinking JUST enough to think raking would be fun.
this was my mondo pile from the front yard.
and what is a poor, culturally stunted kricket to DO with said pile of leaves? whyyyyy....glad you asked ;)
look! hehehehehe....didn't think i could twist in that position!
so, another yankee rite of passage complete for me.

| Tuesday, November 10, 2009, 11:53:09 PM- tis been a good day | slept in, chatted a bit, took a nap. woke up and had a snack, then settled back on the bed wif dum for a snuggle while we watched t.v.
seems snuggling wasn't the only thing on dum's mind. =) now we're relaxing some more, till we decide what we're gonna do for dinner.
*sigh* seems ma day which started out so very badly, has turned into a good one quite nicely.
and for a bit of sad news. NN's lost a very special, very amazing man. whispers... has passed away. i'm going to miss his blogs, his lovely comments, and the pictures he'd send just for me. to honor him i've changed my profile pic to a picture he sent me a couple of years ago, said it reminded him of me. it's been my background screen ever since. i am 100%, complete and totally addicted to posting pics. hahahahahahahaha. can't help it. and since dum's not been in a pic taking mood lately, and there's precious little space i can snap a few w/o bugging him or being bugged by the puppy. i've resorted to re-posts. still not as good. but better than nothing.
ah well... maybe this weekend.

| Wednesday, November 04, 2009, 7:29:12 PM- sooo | the tatt consult went well. the chick doing it is uber excited to do A. a large piece like this B. something so detailed and C. something as cool as my idea.
now the rough part. she's completely booked till the last week of decemeber. that's a good thing right? i mean, if she were a crap artist, you could just walk in any day and get inked.
and as to her estimate. she's guessing minimum of 4 three hour sessions. thta's 12 hours of OUCHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. and at $100 an hour....that's $1200 more of OUCHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!
ah well, hurts to be beautiful. hahahahaha
ANNNNNNDDDDDDDDDDDd...today's dummy's birthday! make sure to leave him a lil love note in the forum, GD, he's got his own birfday thread. i couldn't do the cake i wanted to, kinda broke. okee....ALOT broke. but at least i found a hello kitty candle =)
