Life at the farm is sweet this time of year! There are millions of apple blossoms out the door making the whole place smell like heaven. I have the vegi garden all planted (except the potatoes) just cant seem to get to those. The chickens are out scratching and bug eating and generally earning their keep.

lately. I like and need a break every now and then. Sometimes I'm even tired of NAKED people! Who'd of thunk that?

If you have read my blog for a while you might remember something stupid usually happens when I have anyone out for a bid on renovation. Today 2 VERY HOT guys came out to give me a bid on foam insulation. So while he is looking at the side of the house he answers my question by saying "well, that depends on how far we can ram our rod into your hole." I don't think he realised what he'd said till he noticed me doubled over trying to supress my laughter.

Their bid was 500. less that the other guys. AND they are going to ram their rod in my hole. I'm so easy.

So I've never had a concussion before and it's really odd. It's also odd that I've never had one before considering I've broken 18 bones in 47 years.

So the odd part is, everything is just slightly off. I have to think about things that were automatic. Like putting the car keys in the ignition. My headache is better and no one knows if I have a skull fracture because i didn't want the scan.

Life is full of experiences, and then you die. I think I could of went a bit longer without this one HAHA

I'm really thinking of going to sleep now! It's like 6 o'clock and I'm so sleepy,....yawn

I don't know if I worked too hard today? maybe I didn't sleep well last night? The only problem with going to bed now would be waking up at 2. That would suck.

I can't think of anything I should be doing. It's times like these I miss having a tv.

It is the time to consider wether or not I want more chickens next year. The meat bird flock was a farce. Not that they didn't grow and prosper (well, till their heads were cut off) but that they were so annoying. They had no spirit, no personality. I was happy to see them go. I raised them to the proper weight, then I gave them away to a friend who would butcher them. I don't know what I was thinking. I can't even eat meat on the bone let alone meat on a bone I grew. Ugh

So the real question is do I want more egg layers. The flock I have is nice. 9 speckled sussex (a rare and very pretty breed) 1 buff orpington (the only survivor from a flock of 15, she has a broken leg and has to hop around, but I can't kill her) and I still have 4 guinea hens (I think they are all male, they are so amusing)

I get far more eggs that I could ever want. People at work are always wanting to buy some but that would mean I would have to wash them and I HATE that.

I think I will get 5 Blue wyandottes. My grandmother used to raise those. I ight even get a rooster! I think I will get some more guineas also. They eat ticks like crazy and i don't need that lyme disease.

The very observant (formerly BM21) (now a word I don't recognize name) spotted the obvious difference. I HAVE A TATOO!

So alas, the birthday picture I took for MD is a photo of one of my friends. I did take the picture though, and those are my pants. I wanted something for MD with red in it.

I would of let it ride if I hadn't been busted because our dicks are pretty close. I guess I'll have to re-create the shot with my old worn out cock as a penalty.
