A few nights ago The Wife and I went out to dinner with some friends and had a pretty nice dinner then she started complaining about me to them. A bit of background .... I am in business with my parents and last week got into an argument with them in which they blamed me for some legal troubles which are not my fault. This made me rather depressed and when she came home on Wednesday evening she wanted to discuss a day trip on Saturday to which I replied that we do not have the money and I am too depressed to discuss it. W e l l ..... apparently that upset her so much that she cried herself to sleep so she starts going off to our friends about this. The upshot of it is that apparently I am not allowed to be depressed. Well, as of this last week, The Wife has quit taking The Pill. So far it has not made a difference in our sex life. Yesterday she was complaining that she did not feel well while we were out and I asked if there was anything I could do to which she replied 'no, I got my period and since I stopped taking The Pill, it seems to be slightly worse than normal'. Last weekend on Saturday we had to get up early to participate in a 'regional' yard sale to try to get rid of some of the clothing (see previous blog).
