Todays blog challenge..just took place in the shower..lol
Now I dont normally wear cloths in the shower..I did it just for youuuu
Getting a little wetter..

and oopsie..my shirt fell off and seems my lens got a little steamy ;)

Was to lay a new bathroom floor..what Im gunna get now is a total gut of the bathroom! It really does need to be upgraded to the 21 century..lol Now Im stoked..my bathroom is 8x12 which is a good size..Its fun to look through the designs and dream..woo whooo I cant wait to get this project started!

We booked a swim with the dolphins on the day of my birthday..omg..these guys are amazinggg!!!
The trainer told me to wave my arms in the air..next thing I know..the two of them come up outta the water on either side of me and start singing happy birthday..
Then we had a dance...
Then some smootchin was goin on..
Then some play time for the dolphins to show off a bit ;)
After that we headed down to Pillar beach, they say its rated the 2nd most beautiful beach in the world..I just took their word on that ;)
There we had a lobster tail and shrimp lunch and were able to enjoy the beach for 4 hours..back to the resort for an a la cart complete with champagne and birthday cake..the show that night was a tribute to Michael Jackson and I was called on stage and the whole resort sang to me..and I had my picture taken with michael..it was a 50th to remember thats for sure..
well that about sums up my vacation, hope you enjoyed it 1/2 as much as I did :)
grr Im sorry, the pics I had to edit are way too big and I dont have time to fix that..I gotta scoot off to work ..but ya get the idea :/

The 5 of us girls booked a morning at the spa..wed been told it was on a cliff overlooking the ocean and an open bar was included..heehee..It was quite the place..called Spa Talaso if ya want to google it..its a must do if you ever visit Cayo coco!
Our first treatment was a mud wrap..
After that ya baked it dry in the sun..then off to the showers where there was a woman to scrub the mud from you while ya stood under the showers..that was interesting lol
Then ya were off to soak in the hydo pools and enjoy the bar service..
Ths one was nice you stood under the water and just let it pound the stress away..
1 by 1 they called us for our 45 min massage which included reflexology..Honest to god..it was overwhelming..my girlfriend came out from her massage in tears..she hugged me and said I have never felt good so relaxed..she said when she imagined heaven..this was how she saw it..My brother had given me $ for my birthday before I left and told me to do something nice for myself..well bro..this was it..we just wandered from pool to pool enjoying our drinks, the ambiance, us..it was a perfect morning..

Im having troubles finding good pics d/t the fact Im a people person and most of my pics have a face or two in them I dont wanna post here..lol anyhow..
we booked a tour to go into the main land of Cuba..cayo coco is a small island that is joined to the mainland by a 45 km cosway. The locals are not allowed to cross the cosway unless they have business or are working on the island..lol the cosway is a 2 lane road built right across the ocean..and to this day women are not allowed to drive across it..jeese I know alot of women who drive better than men! ;) anyhow..this is how it looked from out the bus window..
First we did a drive by tour of the city of Moron...
I thought this old hotel was interesting and suggested we stay there our next trip ;)
In moron we went on a steam train ride through the sugar plantation..then on a boat ride on LaRedonda lake through the mangrove channels..
saw lots of Termite pods along the way..
someone had a good sense of humor and turned this one into Mr. Potato head..
Then we stopped for a authentic Cuban lunch..sorry no pics..
then on the the City of Ciego de Avila where we took a bicy0taxi ride through the city..

First off..I want to wish all the moms of NN a wonderful mothers day..I dont know how ya do what ya do..but thank you for all ya do :)
Now on to those pics I promised..Im gunna try to do these segments in order..
The first couple of days we spent relaxing by the ocean..and getting to know the resort areas..walking the shoreline and of course making use of the all inclusive drinks! ;)
This section of the beach was lined with lava rock..kinda a pain on the feet..
but..there were areas ya could walk safely out to the sand as ya can see in this next picture
They said when tourist season dies down they are going to remove the rock which will make it perfect! Its just a new resort, its only been open a few months so its still kicking out the kinks. Besides ya didnt have to far to go to find the perfect sandy beach..

The gardener was the fella with the goat in one of the pictures in my blog challenge..he also kept a taranchula under his hat or riding on Billys back..lol

Found a nice Starfish..we walked him/he/it out to deeper waters after the pics were taken..

Cum take a trip to..guess where!! yep Cuba~ Hope ya enjoy!
First I want to wear..
Nothing but sunscreen and sand between my toes with a Mojito or three/four ;)
A girls day at the spa is a must!(I will show more pics of this spa oasis in a later blog)
Soo.. mud and a smile is all that was required here..lol free bar included
Later out to dinner with the ole goat ;)
Resort wear and Cuba made jewelry..and a bottle of champagne..made for a great evening..no..no sex was had..lol
