Been tooo busy at work, a fella I have been caring for for 6 years passed last night(expectantly) ...another fella that stroked on me Friday worsened over the week end..he`s gunna go,if he hasn't already, anywho...Thats work..
Im still jogging and have joined the gym at work for evenings when its to cold to run.. | Wednesday, October 28, 2009, 8:55:38 PM- I wanna scare ya`ll ..just a little :) | The H1N1 is alive and rampid.. I was adamant I wasn't taking the vaccine..to much hype over a cold..so what? suffer a few days..we all get it in 1 form or another, right?.. well..as the death toll climbs, young, healthy, active teens are dieing, no secondary illnesses to weaken them, our latest was a young boy in Toronto, away at a hockey tourney this past weekend, feels ill on sat..dead on Monday..that my friends..is scary! soooooo...
My fav doc was in today and I sat down with him, we discussed it at great length, My employer was offering the shot to all staff today ..I had to get off the fence... I got the shot
If your unable to or are stubborn like me :)..heres some GREAT was to protect yourselves and your family's.....
#1 and MOST important..wash your hands..alot!
#2 dont touch your face thats how viruses enter the body
#3 gargle every night with Listerine or and antiseptic mouth wash each night
#4 clean your nasal passages with a q tip each night
#5 If your ill..stay HOME,

| Friday, October 23, 2009, 1:50:47 AM- Was Toronto bound... | | Was in the big city today with my sisters :) again we took the train,(thats a lil adventure in its self!) The sun was just starting to rise as we traveled through the Dundas Vally and the trees were still holding their leaves omg it was beautiful :) I do love the city, lol..the fashion dos en donts lol..We were there for a day at the Hospital again, 1 sis had an emblization done and has to stay over night..my other sis and I just had blood work and to see our specialist..good news for my sis, she dosent have to go back for 3 years...I, on the other hand am off to see the Neurosurgen.. 3 tiny avms (Arteriovenous Malformations) on the brain ..she says they are small and prolly wont need anything done...but feels I need to see the team at Western u hosp..sooooo that was my day! | Monday, October 19, 2009, 11:44:24 PM- Ya`ll... | Holdin up okay out there? Im doin good here :) still lovin my jogging, I took some pics yesterday of my trails and I will post those tomorrow..I got a dam cold and well..Im not wanted at work tomorrow..so I`ll have a lil time :)
Im thinking our Indian summer has arrived, the weather warmed up! lol sorry, I dont wanna talk about the weather..but man!! weve had our winter coats out already..and Im not ready!! Sweater weather..okay..I`ll accept that! :)
