Hi everyone,

It's been a long time since i have spent any real time on NN. I've had loads going on over the last couple of years I've become a father for the 1st time 3.5 years ago, went back to college and become a trained chef now working in a hotel with great people and loving my job more than ever.

I've been suffering long term with depression and anxiety issues causing me to withdraw from people and things i love. Well it was my 30th birthday last Friday and it didn't hurt at all. Spent some time with family and friends just the way i wanted it no big party or anything like that.
