Yes it is Snowing in Colorado Today!
Has been since about midnight last night, cannot see any let up in the next few hours either.

Not Cake, Cookies or Muffin's in this batch - just some plain 'Ol Dutch Apple Pies.
My first time using Whole Wheat Flour instead of the All Purpose (Plain) flour.
They turned out fine - Just the Crust was more Crispy, otherwise tasted just yummylicious smile

Just thought some of you may like to know how my name came about.

As it says Above - Elle means She
foxie was the name of a cat I had back in the UK - so foxie = cat.

Therefore I am a "She Cat" ............. And Yes my claws cut deep .....
