Finally after a couple of years of being on medication for depression I can now say that I’m medication free and so far feeling good!!!! Anyone that is dealing with issues try and stay positive
You got this! Every antidepressant/anxiety meds I was on made me feel worse.

As anyone ever tried making brown sugar from granulated sugar and molasses...takes a while but it's cool.
I tend towards honey to retain moisture in baked goods. We seal the brown sugar package with a vacuum sealer so it stays fresh. Definitely add more cinnamon than recipe calls for! Plus walnuts from….
